How Lifelong Vitality Has Helped Me

Happy New Years

Well the New Year has arrived, and we are now in 2020! Did you make a resolution this year? I didn’t make a resolution; I went with the new idea and chose a word. My word is PURPOSE. Which means the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.

I decided on purpose because it relates to everything I do. I have decided that I need to use purpose in every decision I make. Do you ever make a decision on the fly? I do, way to often.

Purpose was used when I decided to use start using the vitamins also know as the Lifelong Vitality (LLV) pack from DoTerra. The purpose for using the vitamins was because I had injured my back and I wanted to feel better. My fellow Oily’s kept telling me to use the LLV. They said use it for 60 days and see how it helps you. I had heard lots of stories of how people felt better taking the vitamins. So, I finally did, and I was amazed. My back went from hurting often to rarely hurting, I had more energy, and my concentration is improved. They also didn’t upset my stomach like other vitamins have done in the past. From there I was hooked.

It took me about a year of taking them when I realized that my hair was growing. I am 40 years old and have never been able to grow my hair past my shoulders. It would also be thin and scraggily. But now my hair is past my shoulders and I can have a real ponytail.

So, for me the LLV has become staple in my day. I take it with purpose knowing I am taking good care of my body.
