I am sitting here in a dentist waiting room thinking about all that is going on in the world recently. I wonder why everyone is so panicked. I wonder why people don’t wash there hands more often. Most importantly I wonder why the toilet paper!!!
I don’t feel panicked at all from the virus that is going around, but I do feel a little panicked that everyone is going to buy the store up! Then what will we do? My freezer is full of meat so we won’t starve, thanks to my hunters! And where we live the produce has not been over picked. So we will survive.
At our home we wash our hands and use hand sanitizer in town. Granted my boys think I am going over board. Why do you have to wash your hands after being outside? Does the yard have germs, Mom? Regardless wash your hands with soap and water!
Let’s not forget about the arsenal of oils ready to defend my immune system!! Yes, I am probably using them a bit more but in my defense I have a special needs child that DOES NOT need this virus.
This situation has done more to me mentally than physically. I find myself reaching for my emotional support oils. My favorite of course is Balance, the grounding blend. It helps keep me focused! Today I also diffused one of my other favorites, Citrus Bliss. It is so uplifting and made me feel ready for anything.
I know we are going to get through this. It might take a while but if we keep our faith, wash our hands and use our immune and mental boosting oils everything will be okay.
