Has it been a long couple of weeks for you and your family like it has for mine? We are settling into homeschooling (quarantine school). I have been very diligent about starting my diffusers every day. I hope you are using yours too. If you don’t have one you should get one! It has been a tremendous help. Not only for the kids but me as well.
I use Adaptiv every day but mix different oils depending on the day. I have use Wild Orange, Arise (which is part of the Yoga Collection), or even Clementine. Adding the citrus to the Adaptiv helps keep our spirits up. Also, my family enjoys the smell of citrus to uplift our spirts.
With the Adaptiv the kids have been able to focus on the task at hand. It has been very good for Wesley because this change has been hard for him. It helps Blake by keeping him attentive on his work. Both boys think because they are home, they don’t need to do school work. Well that just isn’t the reality at this time. We are getting the swing of things and I hope your family is too.
Another great reason to diffuse is because sometimes people do not want to put on the oil. This way they just breath it in and get all the benefits. Sometimes Blake fights me on putting the oils on, so the diffuser has been very handy for this reason.
We also run a diffuser in each of the bedrooms at night to help us sleep, boost our immune system all while we are sleeping!! Wesley also enjoys that it doubles as a night light.
