The Essential Life
Besides the Bible, do you have a reference book you reach for all the time? One that helps you improve your life? Do you have a reference for using your essential oils? I do and I use it all the time. It is called Essential Life. I use my book on a regular basis. It is a book the will tell you which oil to use for your symptoms. There is a section on each oil and what they help with, physically and emotionally. Then there is a huge section with different recipes for everything you could need help with. Whether it be immune boosting, physical issues, cleaning, cooking, the great outdoors, your pets. There is even a section to spice up your love life!! I have used that section, results are climactic!!
Ok, now back on track. I do use my Essential Life book all the time. There are two young boys at our house. So things happen all the time. I have oily friends ask questions and I go to my book for the answer.
I didn’t get my book right away and I do believe I would have loved my oils a lot sooner if I would have had the book. Now I enjoy looking in books for different ideas and remedies for things that happen in everyday life.
