Have you ever had reflexology done? This is more than a foot massage to help you with problems you may be having in the rest of your body. Where we live here in Idaho, we have 2 of them. They are great. Before we moved here I always used a chiropractor to help with different back and hip issues that I have. When we moved I couldn’t make myself find a new chiropractor because I liked mine old one so much. I even go back and see him when I’m in my hometown. He did a lot for me and the rest of my family.
My sister recommended the reflexologist here in town so I gave it a try. I was hooked. I have been to both of them in town and they work a little differently but they both help my husband and I feel better.
I am amazed at how much our bodies can tell someone if they just listen. To be able to work on my feet and fix my shoulder, or my hip is just fascinating to me. I hurt my lower back a few years ago and sometimes it goes out to the point that I can hardly walk. I do not have it go out on me much anymore but when it does I have been able to use reflexology to help me feel better. And I mean instant relief.
Recently, my shoulder was bothering me, so I called my reflexologist, and they were able to fit me in. He told me that my body needed to release a lot of tension. So, he released it. This time it did take me 2 trips because my shoulder was so sore. After the second visit I could move my arm in full motion.
The one interesting fact was he asked if I had my oils with me and he was able to tell me which oil to use on my shoulder. The winner was DoTerra Past Tense. Lucky me because that is one of my favorite oils. I use it for sore muscles, head tension, and my sore shoulders that tense up on me. So, when I got home my husband apply the oil for me.
If you have never tried reflexology, I suggest you find someone you trust and try it. It is amazing. If you can find one that will incorporate oils with your treatment, evenbetter.
