Do you or someone you know have a hard time going to sleep because your brain won’t shut off? I don’t normally have that problem but my husband, Ryan and son, Wesley do. For totally different reasons their brains don’t won’t to rest.
My husband is the type of man who is thinking all the time about his business, clients and how to help others. Where our son who has muscular dystrophy doesn’t like to go to bed so he fights it. Some nights are worse than others. We have learned that going to sleep for Wesley is something he can control and there are so many things he can not control because of the disability.

Ryan and I joke about how fast it works for him. He is usually asleep within 5 minutes! Then he gets a good night sleep and is snoring by the time I get to bed.
