Dark Chocolate Bark

This is a great snack!

In a microwave safe bowl melt chocolate and coconut oil together. About 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Once combined and smooth add your oil.


Meanwhile, toast the chopped pecans and coconut in a skillet with curry powder and cinnamon. Leave in the skillet long enough to warm the nuts and toast the coconut. Watch the mixture so it does not burn.

On a sheet pan with sides, place parchment paper so it is going up the sides of the pan.  Sprinkle crushed pretzel around. Then add the nuts and coconut mixture. Lastly, pour the melted chocolate over the dry mixture. Spread evenly then refrigerate until hard. This great snack takes about a hour.
