People ask all the time, what oils can’t you live without. It is a very tough decision for me because I use and love so many oils. I am so bad that my purse weighs over 12 lbs due to the oils. You never know which oil you are going to need.
So, my 5 oils would have to be OnGuard, Balance, Copiaba, Rose and Wild Orange. Why these oils you may ask? Here is a brief summary:
- OnGuard: You always need immune support.
- Balance: As a mom, there are times I need to calm down. I also use for sore muscles as well.
- Copiaba: What doesn’t this oil help with? It supports physical, emotional, and your nervous system.
- Rose: The QUEEN of oils is use for many things but at our house mostly emotional support. It is great for calming you down when you are in a tailspin.
- Wild Orange: I use this oil everyday to keep myself regular. It is also great for keeping my mood up. I drink more water when it has this oil in it.
You can also mix and match these oils together to get more support. One of my favorites is Copiaba under the tongue, Balance on the back of your neck and Rose rolled over your heart. This will calm me down in a hot minute. I also use Balance and then Copiaba for sore muscles.
OnGuard can stand alone in my book. I can diffuse it, roll it on, or drink it in some hot tea. I add it to my all-purpose cleaners as well. But DO NOT be without it. COODIES are everywhere.
Wild Orange is in several places in my home and purse since it is used so much. It gets added to diffusers, water or I just inhale it to help me with a pick me up. Wild Orange and Balance are another great combo in the diffuser. It is uplifting and calming at the same time.
