Ok ladies when was the last time you got the burning in your private area? I haven’t had one in years until just the other day. OMG, I had forgotten how terrible and painful they could be. At first, I thought no this isn’t happening to me, it will go away in a few minutes. WRONG!! I went out that evening and I had taken some ibuprofen and it was keeping it at bay. But when I went to bed is when it hit me like a bunch of needles.
After waking up twice from this awful burning I decided to look in my Essential Life book for how to help this problem I have. I found a roller ball called the Fire Extinguisher, properly named! It was the middle of the night and I my eyes were not going to make a roller ball so instead I grabbed the oils it called for; Purify, Lemongrass, Juniper Berry, Sandalwood. I grabbed my DoTerra Lotion and put some in my hand and put 2 drops of each oil on the lotion and rubbed it into my lower abdomen. Within 2 minutes the burning had subsided. I continued to do this 3-4 times a day for 3-4 days and the burning and pain has gone away. I was also taking a few drops of Lemon in my water to help cleanse my system. Along with OnGuard Softgels and Deep Blue Capsules.
I wondered if the oils were masking the pain or healing me. So, I began reading my oil book and found that Lemongrass helps decongest the urinary tract and fight urinary infections. Juniper Berry is used as a diuretic.
This was one of those moments where I learned just how amazing these oils really are. Don’t get me wrong I use A LOT of them everyday and l LOVE them but when you get immediate relief it is a blessing. It goes back to my thinking that God created this magnificent world and gave us the tools to heal. It is up to us to use what he gave us.
