This getting older thing really has its perks, not!! I really don’t mind getting older because I know it is a part of life. And I do enjoy it, but sometimes “old” things happen. INDIGESTION, OMG!! This awful feeling that comes from the bottom of your chest clear to the to of your throat. I think to myself that if I burp it will all be ok. I have been proven wrong several times!
I used to tease my mom about how many of those antacid tablets she ate during the day. Well, those same problems are happening to me! Really, I am only 42, so why is this indigestion happening to me? I notice that it gets bad when I drink a lot of water. How silly is that? We need water and a lot of it.
