
Roasted Salsa with Essential Oils
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
You will need:
12 Roma Tomatoes, halved
1 Large Jalapenos, halved and seeded (unless you like it hot)
1 Red Onion, quartered
1 Bell Pepper, quartered
2 Cloves Garlic
Olive Oil to coat vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Lime
Handful of Cilantro
2 Drops Cilantro Oil
2 Drops Lime Oil
1 Drop Celery Oil
Clean vegetables and cut them up for roasting. Roast for about 45 min. Let them cool a bit. Put them in the food processor and pulse until it is the texture you like. Put in a bowl and add lime juice, oils and cilantro. Stir and enjoy!!
