Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
You will need a full sheet pan, cutting board, and knife
6-8 Red Potatoes
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2-3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste
Rinse potatoes and cut them into bit size pieces. Place on a sprayed sheet pan. Put the Rosemary Oil in the olive oil and pour on the potatoes. Then sprinkle on Salt and Pepper and Dried Rosemary. Stir it up and lay potatoes out in a single layer on the pan.
Bake for 45-60 minutes depending on the size of potatoes.
