Cooking with Essential Oils

Spicy Coleslaw

1 head Cabbage, shredded

1 large Carrot, grated

1 small Jalapeno, chopped

2 Tbls of Fresh Cilantro, chopped

1 small Onion, diced small

Add all these ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

Dressing:

1 cup Miracle Whip

¼ cup Mustard

¼- ½  cup Milk

¼ cup sugar

1 Tablespoon White Vinegar

Couple dashes of Cheyenne Pepper

1 teaspoon of Guacamole Seasoning

1 drop Pink Pepper Essential Oil

2-3 drops Lime Essential Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix in a separate bowl. I always add the I add the Lime and Pink Pepper Essential oil when everything is in the bowl, so it mixes in well. When mixed add to the slaw. Stir and refrigerate for a few hours.
