How to use and order your oils!!

So let’s talk about DoTerra Essential Oil’s. Did you know that there are many reasons to use essential oil‘s? First off, they are 100% natural and safe and have phenomenal health benefits. Next, they are more effective than most synthetic medications. For my family it is always great when you get relief right away after you apply the oils. The last thing I will tell you is they are less expensive that your over the counter medications. Yes, you might think a bottle of oil is expensive but when you consider that 1-2 drops is all you need, that bottle is going to last for a while.

Do you ever wonder how to use oils? There are 3 ways to use oils. The first is aromatic. This is when you breathe it in whether it be from a diffuser or you smell it right from the bottle. Would you believe it only takes seconds for the oil to get into your system and start working? The next way to use them would be to put them on topically. This means to rub them in on your skin. Some of the oils may need a carrier oil as they are known as “hot” oils. For a carrier oil you could use fractionated coconut oil, or I like to use DoTerra’s hand lotion. The last way to use the oils would to take them internally. Yes, DoTerra’s Essential Oils are safe to take internally as long as there are supplement facts on the bottle. All of DoTERRA’s oils are CPTG (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade). If it does not have the supplement facts on it do not take it internally. Taking them internally gets the oils in your system within seconds and they begin working!! 

Now that you are ready to start using these oils, let’s talk about how you get them.  There are a couple of ways to buy. The first would be retail, but no one wants to pay retail. The next is wholesale. This would be 20% the retail price. Who doesn’t like a sale every time you shop? You get your wholesale account by paying an annual membership fee, like you would at Costco. It’s $35 when you sign up if you don’t buy a kit. If you buy a kit the membership would be included. After that your annual membership is $25 and you get a free bottle of peppermint.  Another good reason to have a wholesale account is that when you purchase on a LRP (Loyalty Rewards Program) you earn up to 30% back so you can purchase oils for free!!

Ok so what does LRP mean? It means when you shop every month you earn up to 30% back in points. These points can be used to purchase other oils. I have learned that my LRP is SO important because I know that my favorite oils, that I use all the time, will be making their way to me even if I forget to order them.
