Do you ever go in a public restroom and the smell overwhelms you? You start to gag, bad! Well it happened to my sister and myself the other day while shopping. Luckily for me I had DoTerra Peppermint Oil in my purse. We both put it under our noses and proceeded on. We got a really big laugh about it afterwards how we made it out of the bathroom and could breath fresh air again.
Peppermint is used for many different things. We use it our house for opening up our air ways and to put a little pep in our step. We also mix it with Lavender and Lemon for those seasonal issues. Peppermint also helps some in my family with digestive issues and curbing cravings.
This multiuse oil is found in many different blends that DoTerra has. Two of my favorites are PastTense, for tension and head discomfort, also in AromaTouch, which is great for sore muscles. I just used it on my ankle that has been hurting me. I think I twisted it on a rock!!
Peppermint is also good while cooking. Add a few drops to your favorite brownie mix and you get peppermint brownies. Delicious!! Put a dipped toothpick in your coffee with creamer and it is like a peppermint mocha.
Peppermint comes in beadlet’s as well and they are great to freshen your breath on the go. It also comes in a softgel that will help with digestive discomfort that is down low in your tummy. Two softgels and the discomfort subsides.
